The therapy sessions were useful in getting insights on managing certain issues i have been dealing with. Aishwarya is patient and gives useful insight and analysis. Suggested a feedback to have a structured background information from the client before beginning the therapy to make it more productive. I had limited sessions in my case due to mutually agreed circumstances, which was a limiting factor for the therapist also to fully work on with.
